Rosemeadow-Appin Anglican Churches are the Anglican Churches for the southern suburbs of Campbelltown (Ambarvale, Rosemeadow, Glen Alpine, St Helen’s Park, Wedderburn) and the village of Appin – though people travel from further afield to come to our churches as well.

If you’d like to know more about what it means that we’re Anglican & why we think Jesus is worth following, check out what we believe.

Staff Team at Rosemeadow-Appin Anglican Church

The ministry team at Rosemeadow-Appin Anglican Churches have responsibility for leading the congregations. This starts with their own commitment to following Jesus Christ, and the example of their lives. But it also extends to preaching, praying, and overseeing the ministry activities of our churches. Our ministers are often the first point of contact that people have with our church – if you see them around Rosemeadow or Appin, feel free to say, “G’day!”.

Rev. Michael Kinsey – Senior Assistant Minister

Michael started as an Assistant Minister at Rosemeadow-Appin Anglican Churches in January 2016 after graduating from Moore Theological College. Michael is married to Helen, and they’ve got four young children children, Phinehas, Felicity, Janora and Obidiah.

Michael first heard about Jesus in a scripture class in primary school, and since then has been captivated by him. Jesus’ teaching, miracles and especially his death and resurrection have completely changed Michael’s life, and he’d love to tell you about it!

Tara Fryar – Honourary Lay Ministry Worker

Tara completed her Ministry Apprenticeship at Rosemeadow-Appin Anglican Churches in 2019-2020 in partnership with Ministry Training Strategy (MTS) & Vocational Bible College (VBC). Tara has been married to Adam since 2012.

Tara grew up in a Roman Catholic family, mostly going to church at just Easter & Christmas. She was invited to another church by a school friend one Easter where she heard clearly that it’s not what we do but what Jesus has done that makes us acceptable to God. She’s kept growing as a follower of Jesus since then.

Lana Hirth – Ministry Support Coordinator

Lana has been the Ministry Support Coordinator since 2020. She is married to Simon and is a mum to one toddler.

Lana learnt about Jesus growing up, but she was challenged to consider what impact Jesus had on her life. After reading in the bible about who Jesus was, why he died and rose again, Lana was a faced with a choice and decided to follow Jesus.

Preeti Jadav – Year 13 Student

Preeti Jadav is completing Anglican Youthworks College Gap Year Program called Year 13, a discipleship gap year for school leavers, preparing people to change the world for Christ.
